DO AND SHOULDN’T ENJOY SUSHI
- You can use chopsticks to pick up or use your hands to enjoy sushi, do not use a knife and fork.
- Sushi rice should not be added to soy sauce. You should only dip the fish / seafood / eggs into the soy sauce and enjoy.
- Eat the whole piece of sushi to feel the taste, do not bite each piece. Only bite type Temaki – cone sushi.
- Without mixing wasabi and soy sauce, wasabi should be placed on top of the sushi.
